Visitor Review:
My son started with a math workbook type curriculum, and seemed to be doing fine in first grade, but by the end of the year I realized that he had not fully grasped basic math concepts.

He became very frustrated, math became a tearful struggle and his self confidence dropped.

We purchased the alpha level of Math U See and this was a turning point for us.
The video and Teacher manual set the lesson out so nicely. The man on the video, Steve, is fun and friendly to the children. The course progresses real slow and allows for extra review pages as needed. Throughout we are told not to move on till we’re mastered the work.

I can see my son is now thinking more mathematically and is a lot faster at getting his answers. He no longer needs fingers, but most importantly the other day he told me he loves math. He readily accepts mathematical challenges in everyday life now, and sees them as fun, not school.

I will start my Kindergarten daughter with Primer to give her a better foundation.

hi Dani, This is Lijo Abraham s wife Annie. Was just listening to Homeschooling. Thank you so much for shiarng. Homeschooling is something new to me and my husband. We are Indians residing in Oman. So our two daughter go to the private Indian school which has all HIndu values. to seventh grade and fourth grade. I have been upset and frustrated with the system of education and the teachers. I was lloking for some system that could help my children so they could be groomed to success. And after listening to you i am sure homeschooling is the right one for my children as we are Christian believers. I did not want my children to be exposed to the wrong teaching on creation and evoluton and teaching kids krishna is God etc. And the peer pressure they have to go through. Listening to your guests has given me the boldness to go ahead.Being in Oman i have’nt heard of home schoolers. i did google to search for home schooling groups. I have no idea where to start and how to go about it . I am sure the Lord will lead me the kind of curriculum my children would need. Dani you are a blessing to many. We have already recieved grooming your next generation to sucess and Cold prospecting scripts . Now watitng for Magnetic Influence and another book.God bless you and your family in a greater way. Hope to meet you in person one day.Annie
