Mom of 7 Chooses K-12 Curriculum

As a busy mom of seven (business owner, child development specialist and parent) I must admit I absolutely loved the public K-12 curriculum. It allowed me to integrate my personal standards around academics, the projects were very hands on and I had many options around designing my kids school day.

Everyone hand a great learning year, I did not feel pressure around a pre-created goal for my child. For example I have a child that absolutely dreads math and I had a busy year. So he was allowed to self direct and manipulate his schedule until both of us were ready, it just took out the “battle” around less desired subjects.

There is also a great balance of computer versus hands on projects and activities. The tools (workbooks, parent/learning coach books and general supply) worked with my budget and was very easy to use.

Hands Down this is one of the best online schooling programs out there…we have tried one other and this one is way better.
