K12 is NOT HOMESCHOOLING! Please STOP calling it homeschooling. It is online PUBLIC school, NOT homeschooling! Students and parents are strapped to the SAME standard testing as PUBLIC school, attendance standards (you can be found truant and have CRIMINAL charges pressed). and forced to follow common core government mandated curriculum. K12 and other ONLINE PUBLIC SCHOOLS are being called homeschoolers when they are in FACT, NOT!
This is threatening the traditional TRUE HOMESCHOOLERS and their parents who are choosing their own curriculum and not following the government standards (many homeschool to KEEP the govt. out of education).
Please STOP CALLING THIS HOMESCHOOLING!!!!!!
