This is my grandson’s 5th year with K12. He is in the 9th grade. He is spending 11-12 hours a day just to get all of the assignments, class connects, and all of the other stuff, that is required done. By the end of the day, he is worn. It seems to me, K12 is not interested in the education of a child, but only in their program. It is not very well organized for the student who is not a fast paced learner. So far this year he has learned nothing, except how to get into the class connect sessions, which take hours, and there are a lot of them. When you add problems with the website, that will not allow you to access the assignments, then you are looking at a longer day. When you see K12 advertisements that say learn at your own pace, do not believe them.
