Visitor Review:
After several months of trying to get my 9th grader enrolled after surgery we gave up. They do not care about the students muchless the curriculum. I submitted the electric bill to show proof of res. and they rejected it several times because it didn’t show the address. It did show the address and the call reps even stated yes I see the address clear as day. resubmitted it and REJECTED again. Also had the withdrawal form from the public school with her current grades for the first 6 weeks listed REJECTED. TVA said they needed the transcript so I drove 1 hour from the hospital to go to the school and got her transcript. It showed .5 credit for keyboard and .5 a elective credit she recv in 8th grade. Both papers show her as a current 9th grader. STILL REJECTED. Now they say they need her 8th grade report card. It horrible customer service and DO NOT recommend Texas Virtual Academy to anyone.
